When the man was moving in the train u can see slight adjustments to the camera suggesting something is about to happen.

Tilt

The use of tilt was mostly used when the fight scene was going on, Showing every aspect of the fight. This would make the audience less distracted and focused on the main subject. Tilt was also used when the man was walking boldy on the train. 

There were police officers flying around with jetpacks during the fight scene, They had used a crane shot. Making the audience see the fight from their perspective. Making the audience more focused, They show more violence and the guy who gets chased, Catching the audiences eye.
