Denotations and Connotations And Posters.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              The child looks like he is very hungry/thirsty and he looks skinny from the lack of food that he eats, The quotation says "Dig toilets, Not graves." This makes us feel guilt for them as they don't have enough water to even flush their toilets. It can also make us infer that they haven't got enough water to use the toilet so they might use the toilet outside. It makes the audience feel guilty and maybe make them send money as the looks of the child's are very sad.


This is a coke advertisement, They are trying to tell others that drinking coke is happiness but it affects your teeth and lungs, affects the risks of diabetes. They lie about putting no sugar in diet coke but if that was a thing, Nobody would buy diet coke. They just put a less amount. They also have introduced new flavours such as Lemon, Lime, Vanilla, etc.
They target audience into making it addicting, They also put salt so it makes a person's throat dry so they will want another one later on, They make billions on these acts.


This is an advert with Audi and BMW, As shown in the image they are competitors. Audi made a car and to make customers laugh, they had mocked BMW. BMW got revenge by making a car similar and better from the exterior. So they wrote Checkmate. They had both made customers laugh, but at the end BMW had made a better impression. Leading to customers investing in their products. A few years later Audi had bought the billboard next to BMW and said this. 




This had made Audi in the lead but as u will see, the next image you will see will be surprising and the end of the competition between them.

As you can see the blimp over the audi r8. It is a blimp saying game over, With a BMW F1 Car Displayed.
